Buyer expressly agrees that Seller’s invoice and its terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties regarding the sale of the products listed on the invoice and that no other or additional terms in Buyer’s purchase order or other prior or subsequent communications shall in any way supplement or otherwise modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale and shall be binding on Seller. Please note the following: Shipping times are standard transit times and stated in business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) and begin from the date you receive the “Your order has shipped” email.
